Job Summary
Warm, gracious server responsible for greeting Guests, educating on menu items, taking orders via POS, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring timely delivery with high Guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling special requests and allergies, maintaining service sequence, upselling items, assisting with events, and upholding dining-room standards while working as part of a team in a busy service environment. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to stand for extended periods, and comply with local food and alcohol-service requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler’s Card
- Valid Alcohol Server Permit
- Minimum of one year experience as a server or Front of House Support (host, cashier, busser)
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations and complete computer data entry
