Job Summary
Deliver the highest quality service to guests while maintaining excellent customer service skills and promoting a strong team effort. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment and make recommendations and suggestive sell items based on genuine guest preferences. Demonstrate high proficiency in product, food, and beverage knowledge, including common concepts, best practices, and procedures. Possess passion for food and beverage offerings and communicate effectively with guests and fellow employees. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid California Food Handler Certification, and at least one year of experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Food Handler Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
- Must maintain EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
- Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT
- Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees
