Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and assist in upholding restaurant standards. Possess strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant, along with high proficiency in product, food, and beverage offerings. Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid California Food Handler Certification, and a minimum of one year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant.
