Job Summary
Welcome and greet guests, monitor dining experiences to ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to requests. Remain educated on menu offerings, answer questions about food, beverages, and dietary restrictions, and perform side work while maintaining service areas. Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards. Maintain a positive energy, assist fellow staff, and communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests. This role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting, with a flexible schedule covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
