Job Summary
Coordinate the entire service station by greeting guests, presenting menus, and relaying food and beverage orders to kitchen staff and bartenders using a POS system. Communicate with hosts and table support to coordinate stations, while presenting, opening, and pouring wine and beer. Assist with stocking work stations, resetting used dishes, and operating the cash register at counter-service locations. Perform other duties as required, including lifting up to 50 pounds and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours of standing and walking. Work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
