Job Summary
Set up dining room stations and ensure all mise en place is stocked before service begins. Welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations while monitoring allergies and dietary restrictions. Take orders promptly, ring items into the POS, and serve food and drinks with a professional demeanor. Clear tables efficiently, maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift, and handle service recovery gestures as needed. Alert management of any safety or service issues, process payments at closing, and perform side-work or opening/closing duties as assigned. Maintain expertise on menus and training manuals, ensuring consistent brand standards across all service steps.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience working in high volume restaurant environment
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset
- Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease
- Love of exceptional food, modern drink, and exquisite style
- Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
