Provide excellent restaurant service by following steps to create a memorable guest experience. Escort guests to tables, review MVP program and menus, answer questions, upsell to raise check averages, take and confirm orders, input orders into the POS, ensure guests are satisfied and address issues, check IDs for alcohol service, process payments, clear and reset tables, assist hosts with phone and seating duties, perform cleaning and basic upkeep of areas and stations, roll silverware and prep dining spaces for shifts or large parties, stock service areas, maintain table tents and condiments, request guest feedback, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor with coworkers and guests.
