Job Summary

Role emphasizes attentiveness, helpfulness, and delivering a high-quality guest experience, with alcohol service requiring ID checks when applicable, and adherence to the LEAP customer-service protocol to listen, empathize, acknowledge, apologize, pamper, and fix problems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
