Job Summary
Server/Wait staff ensuring guests have a great dining experience by welcoming them warmly, taking drink and food orders with suggestive selling, processing payments via POS, maintaining table settings and sanitation, and handling guest concerns with courtesy. Must observe ABC alcohol service regulations, understand safe food handling practices, follow the Dreamin’ Service Sequence, and collaborate with management to resolve issues while keeping a neat, professional appearance and station ready for service.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Requires basic math skills.
