Job Summary
The Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Must provide professional service, communicate effectively with guests and staff, and be knowledgeable about the menu. Responsibilities include monitoring guest behavior regarding alcohol consumption, completing all assigned side work, and coordinating with kitchen and bartenders. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, possess alcohol awareness certification, and demonstrate strong communication and basic math skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- Basic math skills
- Reading and writing abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
- Fluent in languages other than English preferred

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
