Job Summary
Greet guests, take and enter orders, explain menu items and ingredients, and provide personalized service in a high-volume Legal Sea Foods location. Enter orders into POS accurately, process payments, and present bills. Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, and participate in pre-shift training. Maintain guest satisfaction through attentive service, menu familiarity, and cleanliness. Must uphold high standards of etiquette, hygiene, and promptness; E-Verify participation required by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be knowledgeable of Legal Sea Foods menus, policies, and procedures
- Must be well versed in Point-of-Sale system
- Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately
