Job Summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while answering menu questions and communicating with the kitchen regarding wait times and allergies. Set tables according to service standards, record transactions in the POS system, and present accurate checks to guests. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and china, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, and complete closing duties including restocking and securing the property. Run food and bus tables when extra time is available. Must be at least 18 years old with valid TIPS and Food Handler's cards, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid TIPS card upon hire
- Valid Food Handler's card upon hire
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- At least one (1) year food & beverage experience preferred
