Job Summary
Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests; take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner; demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, including Italian dishes and specials; upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales; ensure tables are properly maintained and guests’ needs are met throughout service; work closely with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service flow. This is a full-time server role located in Woodside, NY, requiring weekend/holiday availability and on-call readiness. Skills include customer service excellence, menu knowledge (Italian cuisine), multi-dish handling, teamwork, and effective communication to support a seamless dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous serving experience as a waitress (5 years+ preferred)
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
