Job Summary
Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas. Set up dining areas, serve meals, and clean dining rooms while handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and federal, state, and local regulatory standards. Maintain proper communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a Montessori-Inspired Living environment. Work part-time shifts from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
