Job Summary
Full-time Server and Dishwasher role dedicated to delivering hygienic, enjoyable dining experiences for residents. Responsibilities include taking beverage and meal orders, coordinating with the kitchen, serving to standards, addressing issues, maintaining safety and sanitation rules, cleaning and stocking the kitchen area, organizing stock and deliveries as needed, and performing general dietary department cleaning (vents, ovens, vent hoods, trash area). Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred, effective communication, flexibility, prior dishwashing/cleaning experience, food handling/sanitation licenses, and First Aid certification. On-call and weekend coverage are part of the schedule. Location: Eugene, OR.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Prior experience washing dishes and general cleaning of industrial/restaurant kitchens
- Must possess a valid First Aid Certification
- Obtain/hold any local, state and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates
- Available for on-call emergency situations and weekend coverage on a rotating basis
