Server/Dining Services Utility

Server works in the dining room serving meals to senior residents and performing related tasks regarding meal service; duties include following written and oral directions, communicating with residents, setting up and serving, taking orders, delivering trays, bussing tables, handling beverages, assisting with kitchen/dining room equipment, maintaining cleanliness, coordinating with cooks/residents, observing infections control and residents' rights policies, following facility safety, dress code, dependability, and willingness to perform other duties; requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to read/write/speak English, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, drug testing and background check, and a High School Diploma or GED; benefits include PTO, Holiday Pay, daily pay, health/dental insurance, 401K with employer match, life insurance, disability, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and referral bonuses; located in Tempe, AZ.
