Job Summary
Server and dining services partner for a senior living community. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food to residents within scheduled time frames, maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas, and supporting a positive resident experience. Requires effective verbal and written English communication with residents and staff, good judgment, problem solving, and a minimum of one year of relevant hospitality or senior-living experience. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
- Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
