Job Summary
Serve food to residents and support dining operations in a senior living community. Responsibilities include preparing food items, serving residents within scheduled time frames, maintaining cleanliness of food service areas (kitchen and dining room), demonstrating good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making, and communicating effectively with residents and staff. The role emphasizes hospitality experience, teamwork, and the ability to support an inclusive, patient-centered dining environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame
- Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room
