Stock service stations, set or reset tables per layout, and greet residents and guests to take accurate food and beverage orders. Utilize the point of sale system to track meals, retrieve food from the kitchen, and serve complete meals in a timely fashion. Perform assigned side work according to sanitation guidelines, assist bussers with clearing tables, and report any accidents or incidents immediately to management. Maintain friendly, professional relations with all patrons while working varied shifts at Plymouth Harbor's waterfront dining location.
