Job Summary
Provides hospitality by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, guiding guests through the dining experience, answering questions about the menu, and processing payments. Maintains awareness of seating layout and server areas to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food and beverages. Demonstrates strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Requires adherence to sanitation and safety procedures; must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol and obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable (employer may assist). Training is provided with opportunities for advancement within the restaurant family.
