Server

Greet and seat guests, apply suggestive selling techniques, and record food and beverage orders while ensuring prompt placement and follow-up for satisfaction. Prepare desserts and beverages, clear tables, reset dining areas, and collect payments adhering to cash handling procedures and guest check control policies. Perform cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned and assist other service personnel. Stand and walk throughout 4-8 hour shifts, with late night staff receiving a shift differential for hours worked between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Any additional duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
