Job Summary
Provide attentive dining-room service: welcome guests, take and relay orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and process payments. Use upselling to recommend specials and menu items, engage guests with thoughtful recommendations, and invite them to join the Denny’s Rewards Program. Maintain a clean, organized dining area and collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Must be 18+
