Job Summary
Server role handling greeting, seating, taking orders, delivering food, handling cash, stock/cleaning tasks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include applying suggestive selling techniques, timely order placement, accurate order recording, maintaining company standards for sanitation and stocking, completing required paperwork, performing side-work and daily cleaning, and supporting other service personnel as needed. Must be courteous, professional, and able to work extended hours in a high-volume dining environment, with physical requirements including extensive standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Above standard communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Guest oriented personality
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to function under stress during peak hours of operation
- Excellent physical condition due to walking, standing, lifting, bending and extreme temperature variances
- Simple math skills required
- Flexibility and ability to manage change
- Must meet any State, County or Municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
