Job Summary
Greet and serve guests professionally while taking and accurately entering food and beverage orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and payment methods to use suggestive selling techniques effectively. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per established standards, ensuring service areas remain clean and stocked. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, completing assigned opening and closing duties. Assist with telephone calls and messages, communicating any health, safety, or maintenance concerns to management promptly. Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the collective bargaining agreement. Required Qualifications
