Job Summary
Embassy Suites Georgetown seeks a PM Restaurant Server responsible for taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The role entails recommending menu items, managing guest checks, and maintaining restaurant presentation. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a busy, luxury dining environment, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Certification in ServeSafe and TIPs is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in high volume, luxury lounge or restaurant
- 1-2 years' hospitality experience working with high profile clients
- Must possess valid ServeSafe and TIPs certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
