Job Summary
The Server is responsible for providing Lowcountry hospitality, ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately serving food and beverage orders, and performing side work to facilitate seamless shift transitions. Key duties include suggesting and up-selling menu items, acquiring knowledge of the POS System, following state laws and company policies regarding beverage service, and effectively handling customer issues while keeping supervisors informed. The role requires prompt assistance in clearing and setting tables and responding to customer inquiries about in-house events and local information.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide Lowcountry hospitality
