Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly service to guests at Dave & Buster's, taking and delivering food and drink orders, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, answering guests' questions about menu items, guiding guests through Micros for orders, and contributing to a warm, fun atmosphere. Must be able to read and communicate in English, be at least 18 years old, work flexible days/nights/weekends, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction while adhering to alcohol awareness and cost-control guidelines.
