Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly service and create an engaging guest experience at Dave & Buster’s by accurately taking orders, delivering food and drinks, handling payments via Micros, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, answer guest questions, upsell where appropriate, and uphold sanitation and safety procedures. Interact with guests in English, greet seated guests promptly, and work within a team to keep service flowing in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Must be at least 18 years old, able to work flexible days/times (including nights and weekends), and able to lift up to 30 pounds. The role emphasizes guest-centric service, cash handling accuracy, brand promotion, and adherence to alcohol-awareness guidelines in a collaborative restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Able to operate Micros, process credit card transactions, and handle cash accurately
- English language proficiency (ability to read, write, and communicate)
- Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
