Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly guest service in a Dave & Buster’s environment by taking food and drink orders, entering them into Micros, handling payments accurately, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, assist with bussing and table resets, assist in party setup/breakdown, and uphold sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with guests in English, read and convey orders clearly, and adhere to alcohol awareness procedures. Must be at least 18 years old and capable of working days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced setting. Emphasizes flexibility of schedules to accommodate school or other jobs and a collaborative, energetic team atmosphere.
