Job Summary
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by greeting seated guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, and entering them into Micros quickly. Serve food with proper garnishes, maintain drink levels, and buss/reset tables while adhering to sanitation and portion guidelines. Manage personal sales keys, conduct credit card transactions, and ensure accurate cash counts. Monitor guest demeanor, follow alcohol awareness procedures, and communicate needs via the Micros system. Work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for the full shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros
- Must demonstrate ability to make changes
- Must demonstrate ability to accurately conduct credit card transactions
- Must demonstrate ability to account of all monies at the end of each shift
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must be able to listen to hear Guests' orders and needs
- Must be able to communicate with Guests verbally
- Must be able to communicate with other Team Members verbally via Micros system
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Must be able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
