Job Summary
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through fast, friendly service by accurately taking food and drink orders, entering them into Micros, and garnishing and delivering trays. Maintain a warm, fun atmosphere by greeting seated guests, bussing and resetting tables, and checking back after delivery to ensure satisfaction. Manage financial transactions by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating change, and maintaining adequate cash and coin. Adhere to sanitation procedures, alcohol awareness protocols, and portion guidelines while fostering a cooperative working climate with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros
- Must demonstrate ability to make changes
- Must demonstrate ability to accurately conduct credit card transactions
- Must demonstrate ability to account of all monies at the end of each shift
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must be able to listen to hear Guests' orders and needs
- Must be able to communicate with Guests verbally
- Must be able to communicate with other Team Members verbally via Micros system
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Must be able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
