Job Summary
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through fast, friendly service, accurately taking food and drink orders, and entering them into Micros. Maintain a warm, fun atmosphere by greeting seated guests, bussing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring proper portion guidelines for cost control. Operate credit card machines correctly, calculate change, and adhere to sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures. Assess guest demeanor, call managers for behavioral issues, and check back after delivery to maintain satisfaction. Keep the station clean, participate in incentives, and foster a cooperative working climate while adhering to proper dress code and age requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros
- Must demonstrate ability to make changes
- Must demonstrate ability to accurately conduct credit card transactions
- Must demonstrate ability to account of all monies at the end of each shift
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must be able to listen to hear Guests' orders and needs
- Must be able to communicate with Guests verbally
- Must be able to communicate with other Team Members verbally via Micros system
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Must be able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
