Job Summary
Provide meals and beverages to residents in the dining room while ensuring satisfaction with presentation and offering dietary alternatives as needed. Clean up vases, change tablecloths, and wipe down chairs and legs after meal times, then ensure everything is ready for the next shift. Maintain a neat appearance and professional behavior while demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize workflow. Knowledgeable of daily specials and special diet accommodations. Shifts run from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 11:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with starting pay of $12.00 to $14.00 hourly based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ensure residents is satisfied with presentation of meal prior to leaving table and has everything they need to eat the meal. Offer and provide residents with alternatives, if desired.
- Clean up vases, change table clothes if necessary and wipe down chairs and chair legs if dirty from meal time.
- Make sure everything is ready for next shift.
- Knowledgeable of daily specials, special diet accommodations, etc.
- Neat in appearance and professional behavior.
- Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Hours: Shifts 6a to 2:30p; 11:15a to 7:45p; needs Monday thru Sunday
Desired Qualifications
- Starting pay $12.00 to $14.00 hourly based on experience; shift differential
