Job Summary
Provide an engaging guest experience as a Crooked Hammock Brewery Server, delivering a compelling “Perfect Beach Escape.” Share guest requests with the team, know regulars by name, showcase beer expertise, guide guests through menus, answer questions, take and deliver orders accurately, tell stories, upsell desserts, process payments, maintain a clean dining area, and promote the brand. Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality while standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working nights/weekends. Must be 18+ with beer, wine, and liquor knowledge and basic math skills; enjoy the ride and help guests feel welcomed and cared for. Pay is $2.23/hour plus tips with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Advanced knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register
- Standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
