Job Summary
Provide a welcoming, high-energy hospitality experience as a Crooked Hammock Brewery Server. Act as a beer and food expert, tell the Crooked Hammock story, greet guests, make them feel comfortable, and guide them through the menu and signature drinks. Deliver accurate orders quickly using the POS, maintain a clean and inviting environment, upsell desserts, promote the brand, and contribute to an engaging dining experience. Demonstrate guest recognition, knowledge of craft beer, and effective storytelling to enhance guests' enjoyment and ensure satisfaction. Be a brand ambassador with a focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and living the brand in a fast-paced brewery restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Advanced knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility in schedule to work nights and weekends
