Actively takes orders and provides full food and beverage service for guests at the Tao Group Hospitality Crane Club Members Lounge in New York. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of menus and cocktails, informs guests of specials, handles allergy/dietary restrictions, enters orders into POS, and ensures timely delivery of all items while maintaining sanitation and compliance with health standards. Works as part of a team to uphold hospitality standards in a high-volume, fine dining/nightclub setting; training includes Tao Group Server program and ongoing development in beverage service and guest experience. Requires strong communication with guests and co-workers, ability to stand for extended periods, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
