Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability, while recording transactions in the MICROS system. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas and china, and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments. Follow all safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and ensure uniform and personal appearance meet company standards.
