Job Summary
Serve food and beverage to guests according to standard operating procedures while answering questions, writing orders, and relaying requests to the kitchen and bartender. Perform cashiering tasks for cash, check, credit card, or room charges and maintain cleanliness of dining areas. Carry food and beverage trays up to 25 pounds throughout the dining area, including stairs, and drive resort vehicles for delivery orders. Ensure high standards of sanitation, review food presentation, and handle any side duties assigned by the trainer. Work shifts between 9a-11p, seven days a week, through 9/19.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
- Servers must be able to work outside in cold or hot temperatures
- This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
- Standing sitting or walking for extended periods of time
- Ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform
- Food service experience with general knowledge of operations and resort operations
- Previous experience as a cashier of food & beverage establishment
