Job Summary
Guide guests through the Club Lounge Restaurant with enthusiastic knowledge of our food, beverage, and hotel offerings. Take reservations with all required details and assist guests in selecting menu choices. Deliver a memorable five-star service experience by consistently upholding service standards, policies, and procedures. Boost revenue through upselling and creative initiatives while sharing information on offers, promotions, and Fairmont stories. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and courteous under pressure. This role requires 1-2 years of serving experience in luxury hospitality and offers exclusive discounts, training, and a competitive salary with 28 days of holiday.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality restaurant experience and what it takes to deliver it
- Empathetic with a talent for building rapport, and reading each guest's desired level of interaction
- Quick thinking, resourceful and able to solve problems at the moment
- Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Location: On-site in Knutsford, Cheshire, North-West England (not remote)
