Job Summary
As a Server with The Cliffs, you will be a key member of an extraordinary team that strives daily to exceed member’s expectations in a luxury club environment. You will showcase passion for food and beverage, continuously learn about menu items, and deliver guest-focused service. Responsibilities include: communicating effectively with staff and members, maintaining knowledge of fine wines and food to accurately describe menu items, leveraging computer systems as needed, and upholding high standards of quality, consistency, and safety. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mentality, with availability to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts. Must be 18+ to serve alcohol and hold or obtain an Alcohol Safe Service Certificate within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years prior serving experience in a quality club/hotel/restaurant
- Must possess and maintain a current Alcohol Safe Service Certificate or successfully complete an approved alcohol training program and obtain certification within thirty (30) days of hire
