Server

Take written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. Assist residents with meal selections, review dietary needs outlined by the Culinary Director, and ensure proper etiquette while waiting tables. Track resident attendance, greet and seat guests, and maintain a clean, sanitary dining area. Clean and reset tables, return dishes to the kitchen, and stock condiments. Deliver meals to resident rooms as required and assist with breaking down deliveries and washing dishes. Cooperate with kitchen and dining services to ensure a positive dining experience.
