Server

Take written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. Assist residents with meal selections, review dietary needs outlined by the Culinary Director, and ensure proper etiquette while waiting tables. Track resident attendance, greet and seat everyone properly, and integrate new residents to make them feel welcome. Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area by resetting tables, returning dishes to the kitchen, and stocking condiments. Deliver meals to resident rooms as required and assist with breaking down deliveries, putting away stock, and washing dishes. Comply with Clearwater standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operations while representing our principles and core values daily.
