Take written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members, and guests while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Assist residents with meal selections, review dietary needs outlined by the Culinary Director, and track attendance in a timely manner. Use proper etiquette when waiting tables, including serving from the left and clearing dishes between courses. Ensure a clean sanitary dining area, greet and seat residents properly, and integrate new residents to make them feel welcome. Clean and reset tables, return dishes to the kitchen, and set up dining areas by stocking condiments and restocking supplies. Cooperate with kitchen staff, assist with deliveries and dishwashing, and deliver meals to resident rooms as required. Comply with Clearwater standards for safe operations and maintain a positive image through professional grooming and uniform.
