Job Summary
The Server is responsible for welcoming and seating diners, taking food and drink orders, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and correct delivery of orders. The role requires delivering a memorable dining experience by promptly resolving customer issues, along with assisting in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Key skills include excellent communication, interpersonal relations, stamina for working on feet for extended periods, and the ability to lift and carry items. The Server should have a polite attitude and be available for various shifts, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry trays, plates and smallwares
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Ability to safely transport food or beverages to a table of three in a single trip
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
- In-depth knowledge of winery and different types of cuisines
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work well under intense time pressure
