Job Summary
Greet guests before they request service, answer the Plex Call System, and deliver prepared food while guiding them through the menu and suggesting promotions. Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system, obtain credit cards, and process payments to minimize disruptions during the film. Run food and beverages, buss trays, clean seats, and check on guests to ensure they have received their orders. Navigate guest complaints, verify identification for alcohol service, and assist with crowd control and seating as needed. Communicate with management regarding projection issues, maintenance requests, or escalated guest concerns. Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures, including side work, and participate in required trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of full service serving experience
- ServSafe certification
- Food Handler's certification
- Alcohol certifications
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System
- Ability to perform basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner
- Integrity
- Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to light lift 25lbs to 50lbs occasionally with assistance
