Server - Cinder + Salt.

Server for a brand-new Seattle restaurant, Cinder + Salt, opening at The Charter Hotel. You will provide consistent excellent service to guests, deliver food and beverages promptly, maintain presentation and beverage service, and follow alcohol-awareness protocols. Responsibilities include menu question answers, POS use, recording transactions, side work and table clearing, communicating any dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen, coordinating with the kitchen on wait times and orders, keeping work areas clean, welcoming guests, and contributing to a positive team environment. Weekend availability is required. Barista experience is highly preferred. Required abilities include strong communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read and understand the primary workplace language, plus a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
