Job Summary
Delivers exceptional guest service, taking food and beverage orders and serving guests in a timely manner. Completes opening, running, and closing duties, including cash handling, bill calculation, and end-of-shift cashier procedures. Maintains Responsible Beverage Service standards by verifying legal drinking age, identifying intoxication, and following liquor service procedures. Provides information on resort amenities and promotions while resolving guest concerns according to policy. Performs other duties as assigned in a 24/7 environment including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Must be 21 years of age or older to sell or serve distilled spirits
- Must register in the RBS Portal, take training from an authorized RBS Training Provider, and pass the ABC Alcohol Server Certification exam within 30 days of their confirmed training
- Must successfully complete Serv Safe certification and Food Handlers within 30 days of employment
- Previous serving experience in a fine dining environment, including alcohol
- Knowledge of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink offerings and how to serve them
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency
- Native American hiring preference applies
