Job Summary
Provide restaurant-style dining service with a hospitality focus to residents in a senior living environment. Lead server duties include training and guiding new servers, assisting with meal counts and tickets, ensuring dining room setup, supporting dish room tasks, attending pre-meal menu review, and handling service at assigned stations (beverages, salads). Performs and ensures completion of cleaning and prep duties, greets residents, assists with food selection, timely beverage refills, tray service, table resets, trash removal, and maintains a clean, safe dining area. Emphasizes resident-focused service, professionalism, integrity, and adherence to Century Park’s standards and ethics; ServSafe training is required.

- Must maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness and dependability
- Must work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
- Must be able to receive and resolve complaints graciously
- Must always be in proper attire and well groomed
- Must attend ServSafe class
