Job Summary
Lead Server responsibilities include training and guiding new servers, assisting with meal counts and tickets, setting up dining room, attending pre-meal menu reviews, serving meals with proper techniques, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring dining area cleanliness. The role requires excellent customer service and hospitality, dependable conduct, ability to work with little supervision, and adherence to ethics and compliance training. Prior healthcare experience is a plus; experience with seniors is valued. Location-based duties at Century Park Associates in Twin Falls, ID.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior healthcare experience preferred

- Must demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality
- Must maintain positive resident and guest relations
- Must be able to receive and resolve complaints graciously
- Must always be in proper attire and well groomed
