Job Summary
Train and guide new servers according to Century Park standards while delivering restaurant-style dining services with a hospitality focus. Assist with meal counts, tickets, dish room tasks, and assigned station duties such as beverages or the salad bar. Perform cleaning, prep work, and table resets throughout the day, ensuring the dining room remains clean, dry, and free of safety hazards. Greets residents and visitors, assists with food selection, checks beverage refills, and serves meals using trays with appropriate techniques. Works flexible after-school hours from 4pm to 7:30pm, accommodating extra school activities and sports. Must be 16 years of age to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age to apply
- Must attend company appointed ServSafe class
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality
- Must maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness and dependability
- Must reasonably accommodate resident preferences in dining services
- Must work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
- Must be able to receive and resolve complaints graciously
- Must always be in proper attire and well groomed
- Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park's Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
